My order is showing as delivered but I cannot find itUpdated 8 months ago

We understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery is not received when or where you expected it. Check your tracking information for proof of delivery or signatures for receipt of parcel.

Packages are often left in safe places where they are not easily found or seen. Please check places around your house that this could be, for example:- in or behind bins, sheds, garages, boxes, outbuildings, behind containers, bushes, plants, fences, etc. 

Please also check with any other occupants of the property and any neighbours to ensure that this has not been taken in on your behalf.
