My item is faulty, what are my options?Updated 8 months ago

We take pride in the manufacturing of our products & aim to deliver great quality every time. However, if you do receive a faulty product our customer care team are on hand to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please ensure that when you receive an order from us you unpackage & check the item straight away, reporting any damage within 7 days of receipt. You can report your faulty item through the help centre here, be sure to include photos of the damage.
