Please return your item in its original condition. By original condition, we mean you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition, you haven’t used the product and the product still has the original protective film intact.
When returning an item, please make sure you enclose your order details to ensure the return is processed accurately and swiftly.
You will be required to pay for the shipping costs and we will refund you the cost for your order once we have received and processed the package in our returns department. Once your item has been processed, it takes around 5 working days to process refund payments.
