Can I order replacement parts?Updated 8 months ago
Wicked Brick Ltd makes every effort to ensure that goods arrive in perfect condition. On the occasions where this does not occur, we ask that you raise a support ticket through our website within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of the outer box should be provided, along with images of the product showing the extent of the damage.
As all products are bespoke, on occasion manufacturing faults can occur. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your order within 30 days of receipt, unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging.
Please enter a support ticket including your order number, item SKU, all information regarding the replacement needed, please also include any photos of errors or damage with your product.
If you have damaged your item after this timeframe and wish to purchase a replacement please contact us via our support ticket.
How long will it take for me to receive my replacement? Once a replacement has been confirmed this will be shipped within 2 working weeks.
