How to Measure your Miniatures:
Whilst most miniatures are measured by the base, you need to measure the total dimensions of the figure. This means anything that overhangs the base, from wings to swords and flags to canons. Make sure you measure from point to point.
How to Measure an Entire Unit:
When you want to display more than one miniature in a case, you should set the miniatures out in the layout you would like them displayed. Measure the overall width and depth, taking into account the overhang of the miniatures on their base. Once you have the dimensions and are happy with the layout, measure the height of the tallest miniature you are wishing to display. This will dictate the height of the case you need.
