Before you opt out of our emails, you can choose the type of communications you receive from us, to do this you can head to the preference page via the footer of our emails.

If you have changed your preferences and are still getting too many emails, or if you just want to unsubscribe, you can do this easily by opening one of our emails, scrolling to the bottom and using the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email and follow the steps as directed.
